The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with shopping malls like 1st Avenue and Komtar nearby. The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped with conveniences like an oven. However, the absence of central air conditioning made the rooms hot at times. The breakfast choices were limited and not very satisfying, leading to a lackluster dining experience.
